Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Alliance Truck Parts of Charlotte ("Sponsor"), 1200 Upper Asbury Ave, Suite B, Charlotte, NC 28206. Phone: 704-319-5300. Email: marketing@atpcharlotte.com.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, and their advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each, are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on October 26, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on November 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be accepted. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Both have equal chances of winning.
Online entry: During the Giveaway Period, follow the entry instructions in Sponsor's official Giveaway post on Sponsor's website or social media pages.
Free entry without social media: During the Giveaway Period, send an email to marketing@atpcharlotte.com with the subject line "Giveaway Entry" and include your full name, mailing address, phone number, and age. You may also enter by mailing a postcard with the same information to Alliance Truck Parts of Charlotte, Attn: Giveaway, 1200 Upper Asbury Ave, Suite B, Charlotte, NC 28206. Mailed entries must be received by November 19, 2026.
Entry limit: One (1) entry per person for the entire Giveaway Period, regardless of method. Entries made with multiple accounts, automated systems, or by anyone other than the entrant will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
5. Prize
Sponsor will award one or more prizes, one prize per winner. Each prize, its approximate retail value, and the number of winners will be described in Sponsor's official Giveaway posts.
The total approximate retail value of all prizes will not exceed $5,000.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Any details of the prize not stated in these rules are at Sponsor's discretion.
In-store free gift: Separate from the prizes above, every entrant who visits Sponsor's store at 1200 Upper Asbury Ave, Suite B, Charlotte, NC 28206 during the Giveaway Period will receive a small free gift, while supplies last. Limit one (1) gift per person. No purchase is necessary to receive the gift, and visiting the store does not increase your chances of winning a Giveaway prize. Entrants may be asked to give their name and contact information to confirm their entry before receiving the gift.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries during the week of November 23, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted by phone, email, text message, or social media direct message, using the contact information provided with their entry, within three (3) business days after the drawing. A potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification and may be required to show photo ID proving age and residency. If a potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.
8. Prize Claim
Prizes must be picked up at 1200 Upper Asbury Ave, Suite B, Charlotte, NC 28206 during normal business hours within thirty (30) days of notification, unless Sponsor arranges another delivery method. If a winner's prize is valued at $600 or more, the winner must complete an IRS Form W-9 before receiving the prize, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC. Winners are responsible for all taxes on the prize.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, city, and likeness in advertising and promotion of the Giveaway, without additional payment, for twelve (12) months after the Giveaway ends.
10. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of technical failure, fraud, or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, change, or suspend the Giveaway and, if it does, may select the winner(s) from eligible entries received before the problem occurred.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used to run the Giveaway and contact winners, and is handled as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at alliancetruckpartscharlotte.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor will not sell entrant information.
13. Social Media Release
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform. By entering, participants release each such platform from all liability related to the Giveaway. Questions or comments about the Giveaway should go to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.
14. Governing Law
These rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
15. Winners List
To request the name of the winner(s), send an email to marketing@atpcharlotte.com with the subject line "Giveaway Winners" within 30 days after November 19, 2026.
